Is a 60 minute class not enough? Try our 90 minute open drills and get more of a workout than a traditional doubles match! Not only will you work on all aspects of your tennis game, you’ll work on a ton of tennis strategy as well. So, if you’re looking for a fun, social way to improve your tennis game this is the drill for you.
An engaging 60 minute group fitness program featuring the heart pumping effects of tennis drills, games and skills delivering the ultimate full body cardio workout! Come join in on the social fun for all abilities and fitness levels.
If you’re a beginner, we’ll start with all the basics and teach you the fundamentals of the game. This includes: proper grips, strokes, forehand, backhand, volley, overhead, serve and return. You’ll be ready to play in no time!
This is for tennis players caught right in the middle of the beginner and advanced level. Typically, intermediate players have tennis experience, a basic understanding of the game and display the enthusiasm to excel to the next level!
